Day 1: Pretoria To Magoebaskloof
Distance: +-400km
Highlights: Magoebaskloof Mountain range, twisties, mountain passes and spectacular  valleys

Today you make your way up into South Africa’s wild Limpopo Province. As you head up north, the roads become mountainous with beautiful views of the rolling hills below. Enjoy the great twisties and arrive at the majestic Magoebaskloof hotel, situated on the top of a beautiful mountain pass with breathtaking views of the valley below. There is a lot to do at the hotel. You can take a walk to the waterfall, spotting birds and Samango Monkeys along the way or you can chill out at the Phoenix and Fireman Pub!

Day 2: Panorama route
Distance: +- 250km
Highlights: Gods Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes, The Three Rondavels, Waterfalls, Magical Views Sites

Today you make your way down into Mpumalanga (an area known to Local Bikers as “Motorcycle Paradise”) the roads here are beautiful and curvy, and there are so many great view points, rock formations and waterfalls along the way. The route includes stops at Bourke's luck potholes, The Three Rondavels, and Gods Window. You will arrive in Hazyview in the late Afternoon. Enjoy a beer and a steak after an amazing day of riding

Day 3: Kruger National Park
Distance 0-50km
Highlights: Safari, Ride up Long Tom Pass

This morning you will depart bright and early for a half day safari into the world famous Kruger National Park- you will have a full morning of game viewing. This world famous wildlife reserve is home to the BIG 5 and is roughly the size of a small country. You will have the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, birds and many different species of animals. You will be returned to your hotel at noon and have the afternoon free to relax or go for a scenic ride up Long top pass

Day 4: Hazyview to Swaziland
Distance: +-300km
Highlights: Kingdom of Swaziland

After breakfast you depart for the Kingdom of Swaziland – the home of the friendly Swazi people. After border procedures (passport and possibly visa required) you weave your way along winding country roads and mountain passes. Today you will visit Swaziland’s own glass factory (Ngwenya Glass) and see the world famous Swazi candles being handcrafted at Swazi Candles. There are many excellent restaurants, pubs and craft markets in the Ezulweni Valley where we you overnight at an excellent country lodge, with its own magnificent restaurant with wooden deck with spectacular views.

Day 5:  Swaziland to St. Lucia
Distance: +- 350km
Highlights: Relaxing drive through African Countryside

Today you make your way through Swaziland to South Africa’s Zulu Kingdom, homeland of the proud Zulu nation. In the late afternoon you arrive in St. Lucia, a world renowned natural heritage site, with its beautiful secluded beaches, hippos, crocs, whales, endangered turtles and other wildlife, your home for the next two nights. This afternoon you embark on an exciting sunset river cruise where you will see hippos , crocodiles and other estuary wildlife . Tonight you can explore the many restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars that St Lucia has to offer.

Day 6: St. Lucia Rest Day
Distance: +- 0-50 km
Highlights: Many Exciting Optional Activities

St Lucia has so much to offer that we suggest an action packed day undertaking one of the many optional activities on offer e.g. Whale watching & turtle tours (in season).Full and half day game drives are also available into the magnificent Umfolosi/Hluhluwe game reserve. You can also visit a Zulu cultural village . As all activities are extremely popular, to avoid disappointment Sama, prefers to pre-book activities for you.

Day 7: St. Lucia to Battlefields
Distance: +- 200 km
Highlights: Tour of famous Anglo Boer and Zulu battle sites

Time to head inland to the battlefields of South Africa, an area of huge historical significance during the famous Boer-Zulu- British Wars. You will arrive at your lodge early in the afternoon, and can then embark on an optional tour of the battlefields with a knowledgeable guide who will bring history of the area alive!

Kwazulu Natal Battlefields

Day 8: Battlefields- Drakensberg- Clarens
Distance: +- 450 km
Highlights: Drakensberg mountain range, Golden Gate National Park, Breathtaking passes

After Breakfast you are on the road again, making your way to Golden Gate  National Park, just outside of Lesotho. En-route you stop off at some tourist attractions with lots of photo opportunities. As you pass through the Drakensberg Mountain range, you will notice how diverse South Africa's landscape is. The roads along this stretch are very enjoyable! In the afternoon you will arrive at Golden Gate National Park. The Golden Sandstone cliffs in this park are remarkable and the beautiful road twisting through, will leave you breathless. Tonight you sleep in Clarens, a beautiful little town, hidden in the mountains.

Day 09: Clarens- Lesotho- Clarens
Distance: +- 400 km
Highlights: Lesotho Mountain passes, Katze Dam

On this day you will experience a very exciting ride to Katze Dam in Lesotho. After an early start, you enter the Lesotho border and make your way towards Katze Dam (a huge man made dam that forms part of the Highlands water project which supplies water to South Africa in times of drought) The road to the dam has more turns within 80km than any other road in Africa. A motorcycle riders' dream. The condition of the road is excellent with very little traffic. The Katze Dam is truly eye opening! After lunch you return along the same exciting road arriving back at the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 10: Clarens to Pretoria
Distance: +- 400 km
Highlights: Relaxing drive back to Pretoria

Time to head back to Pretoria. It is a nice ride through the interior of South Africa through the Orange free state. After returning your motorcycle we will transfer you to your hotel in Pretoria where you can enjoy a final dinner celebrating the last 10 days of amazing riding.

Day 11: End of Tour
Distance: 0-50km

Sadly your tour of South Africa has come to an end. We guarantee that you will take home loads of awesome photographs and fond memories of South Africa the warm people you have met. Transfers will be arranged to the airport.
