All of them, especially the Europeans, seemed to Lap up the summer warmth, and all that South Africa had to offer. The Czechs used every opportunity to get some sun, every time we stopped at a garage to fill up with fuel or at a view site, all their biking gear would come off, so that they could sunbathe. (We don’t blame them as it was -9 ° C where they come from)
Most people expressed their joy on tour. Our one client couldn’t speak any english- all he could do was smile widely and say “Super, Super!” Every time we stopped after doing a high speed twisting mountain pass or any of our adventure activities- such as Micro lighting, crocodile cage diving or white river rafting- he would smile and Say “Super Super!”
One day on tour in January, while on the way to oribi gorge, we were driving along and all of a sudden the road just ended, apparently it was closed due to a bridge that had partially collapsed. It was unsafe for heavy vehicles to pass through. That was it- we had to find an alternate route, and we did- through the bush. We had to cut off branches an maneuver our motorcycles over the embankment. We enjoyed no traffic for a while after that!
Nothing can beat the feeling you have when you arrive at the Southern Most point of Africa- Cape Agulhas. The fact that you have ridden 4000km through South Africa and arrived at the end of the world shows on everybody’s faces.
Anyway's we don’t want to bore you guys about the great times we had, you will have to come and see for yourselves.
So long here are some photo highlights from the last 3 tours:

Breathtaking views en-route to the Mountain Kingdom of Swaziland, via the Bulembo Border Post

Tradouw Pass- an awesome mountain pass built by Thomas Bain using convict labor in 1879 linking the towns of Barrydale and Swellendam in the Cape

Execution Rock- back in the day, if you angered the Swazi King you would be forced to walk up the to top of execution rock and then be thrown off the top to meet your death in the cliffs below.
Strangely beautiful.
